Veggie Pizza
Hor d’oeuvres for 20 to 25 guests.
Unroll 2 pkgs. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, flat onto baking
sheet gently pressing edges together, making one large crust.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
Select any 6 colorful, firm veggies such as red cabbage,
celery, carrots, broccoli, red & yellow bell peppers and
scallions. Mince finely ½ cup of each, but only 1/3 cup
scallions.
Blend 2 – 8 oz. softened pkgs. Philly Cream Cheese, ¾ cup
mayonnaise and 2 pkgs. Uncle Dan’s®
Zesty Ranch Seasoning and
Dip mix together. Stir in 2/3 of the mixed veggies and spread
generously on crust.
Sprinkle remaining mixed veggies on top and pat gently.
Garnish with a bit of grated cheese. Best if refrigerated 4 to
5 hours before serving.
Cut into 1-1/2 to 2 inch squares.
