Marinated Pasta Salad
Salad
- 1-1/2 cups cooked Pasta
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 cup sliced olives
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 1-6 oz jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts
- 1-16 oz pkg. frozen California Blend vegetables
- 1 cup Pimento stuffed olives, sliced
- 1-4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 4 tomatoes, chopped in large pieces
Boil frozen vegetables for 2 minutes,
rinse under cold water. Drain well. Combine with remaining
ingredients and toss lightly.
Dressing
- 1/2 pkg Classic Ranch (Original Southern) Seasoning and
Dressing Mix (dry)
- 1-1/3 cups salad oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation Instructions
Combine ingredients and mix well with wire whip. Let stand for
20 minutes. Pour over salad and mix well.
To improve flavor chill for 24 hours before serving. Mix 2 or
3 times during refrigeration
